Terms & Conditions of Supply.

The following constitutes the terms and conditions of supply when you transact, sell or recycle your item(s) to Payzoola.com.

As we cover many products, with differing recycling process the terms and conditions of supply may vary. Please carefully read the terms and conditions that applies to your product(s).

Payzoola reserves the right to restrict any transaction or customer to a maximum quantity of a said item.
 


Terms & Conditions of Supply - Mobiles and Gadgets.

Payzoola Gadget Trade-in works to reduce the number of electronic gadgets and mobile phones that are sent to landfill sites. As mobile phones, electronic gadgets and their batteries contain numerous dangerous metals, including lead, cadmium, lithium and mercury, re-use and recycling helps protect the environment and save natural resources. We provide a guarantee that all mobile phones will, wherever possible, be re-used (in accordance with the WEEE Directive). Important information about YOUR phone and electronic gadget:

The main rules specific to mobile phones…

To help us process your phone and pay you the full working amount, please make sure that your phone:

·         Powers-up (turns on) and is in a usable, working condition;

·         Has its screen (LCD) intact i.e. not cracked or smashed. Please note that a white screen does not constitute a working phone. If the phone has a touch screen, the screen must be fully functional.

·         Has its charged battery and battery cover;

·         Is not water-damaged or any other type of liquid;

·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable;

Other things to watch out for…

Make sure your phone:

·         Is not reported lost or stolen and/or blocked by the network;

·         Is an original unit produced by the mobile phone manufacturer (e.g. Nokia);

·         Is of a UK specification – please note that we retain right to offer a re-quote if the handset does not match UK specifications.

·         Is your property and you are legally permitted to sell it;

·         Reaches us within 14 days. The price we quote you is valid for 14 days and we reserve the right to pay the current market rate for phones received after this period.

·         Is free from any lines and is not subject to any outstanding credit agreements;

·         Has its IMEI label and that the label is not damaged (15 character serial number).

·         Does not have an IMEI discrepancy e.g. label and internal IMEI mismatch.

We will not be able to issue any payment or return your phone if it is:

·         Not listed on our website;

·         Are over 4 years old;

·         Missing or has damaged IMEI labels (15 character serial number);

·         Not produced by the original manufacturer, i.e. a counterfeit handset;

·         If the handset has 2 SIM card slots i.e. a counterfeit handset

·         Barred or Reported Lost/Stolen

Please note that we do accept phone chargers and other accessories but would advise that this does not increase the value of your phone. All received accessories will be recycled automatically and under no circumstances can be returned to you.

The main rules specific to small electronic gadgets…

To help us process your gadget and pay you the full working amount, please make sure your electronic gadget(Sat Navs, MP3, Digital Cameras, Handheld Gaming Devices):

·         Powers-up (turns on) and is in a usable, fully working condition;

·         Has its screen (LCD) intact i.e. not cracked or smashed. Please note that a white screen does not constitute a working gadget. If the gadget has a touch screen, the screen must be fully functional.

·         Has its charged battery, charger (if it has a rechargeable battery), and any accessory required to be complete. (e.g. Sat Nav – windscreen mounting) and product specific cables.

·         Is not water-damaged or any other type of liquid;

·         Is an original unit produced by the electronic gadget manufacturer (e.g. Apple);

·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable

·         If the gadget is faulty we won’t be able to offer any price the device and will recycle it for free.

Please note that we will not be able to pay you any money if any of the accessories for your electronic gadget is missing.

Laptops and Large Gadgets

By agreeing to our terms and conditions and subsequently shipping your Laptop or Large Gadget to us, you certify that you are the legal owner of the Laptop or Large Gadget that you send.

We will pay you the amount quoted via our website, providing the Laptop or Large Gadget was described accurately by yourself. All units undergo inspection which involves a full test to determine its functionality status. If we find that the device’s test result is different to what you have stated, we reserve the right to refuse to purchase the device. If after inspection the device is deemed to be in a condition which qualifies it as a faulty device, we may offer a requote via your registered email address. You need to respond to the requote within 7 days of date of delivery into your mailbox. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will process the device at the new value.

If the customer decides to reject the requote, we will ask that the customer arranges for their device to be collected at their own cost. Alternatively we could ship the device back to you at a cost of £20.

It is your responsibility to appropriately package the device you send to us to ensure that it is protected from any harm during the shipping process. You are solely responsible for any harm that comes to the device that you send to us if you fail to package it appropriately prior to sending it.

Upon receipt of your device, all items with memory storage/hard drives will undergo an attempt to clear any data. It is your responsibility to remove any information or data from your device prior to sending it to us. You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any loss or injury resulting from your failure to remove such information prior to reselling or recycling the device that you send. We are not responsible for any loss suffered by you due to any data that is not erased from the device and becomes available to any third party subsequent to our final disposition of your device. Remember to make all the necessary backups or transfer of data from your device before you send it should you wish to keep it.

Please Note:

·         We do not accept any counterfeit/copy devices and if received, no payment will be made for such devices and they will not be returned.

·         We work in conjunction with CheckMEND and every device is checked against a database to highlight lost/stolen items. No payment will be made for such devices and they will not be returned. They are reported to the police and insurance fraud departments as part of an automated process.

The main rules specific to Laptops...

To help us process your Laptop and pay you the full working amount, please make sure that your Laptop:

·         Boot-up (turns on) to the Windows Home screen and is in a usable, working condition;

·         Has its screen (LCD) intact i.e. not cracked or smashed. Please note that a white screen does not constitute a working Laptop;

·         Has a Windows Key; (This can be found under your laptop and confirms that it has a valid Windows Licence) • Has its charged battery and charger/power cable;

·         Is not liquid damaged;

·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable

The main rules specific to Large Gadgets...

To help us process your Large Gadget and pay you the full working amount, please make sure that your Large Gadget: (Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Wii and any Tablets)

·         Boot-up (turns on) to the Console Home screen and is in a usable, working condition;

·         Reads and loads a disc/game;

·         Touch screen and related buttons are fully working

·         Has its charger/power cable (AC);

·         Has its AV cable;

·         Has its Sensor Bar (if applicable to your Console);

·         Has at least one controller

·         Has its USB cable (if applicable to your Console);

·         Has undamaged Connectors;

·         Is not water-damaged or any other type of liquid;

·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable.

Under certain limited circumstances, at no fault of ours, we may not be able to return your item and you agree to hold us harmless from any loss regarding our failure, when outside of our control, to return your laptop or other item to you. We will never under any circumstance duplicate or return any software or data contained on your laptop or other device.

Wrong Phone or Gadget Model

We examine every phone and gadget that we receive. If, on inspection, we find that the model you traded is different to the one we received, or its condition is not as described, we will advise you of its new value by email. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will automatically process the phone or gadget and pay you the new value.

Under no circumstances, will mobile phones or gadgets be returned after this period.

Damaged phones

We may will still pay you for your damaged phones but the values offered will be less. The price will be confirmed by email once the phone has been examined.

Handsets which have been received and are too badly damaged to process will not be retuned.

For phones which have suffered water/liquid damage we may, depending on the severity, pay a maximum of 10% of the phone's working value.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will automatically process the phone and pay you the new value.

Under no circumstances will phones be returned after this period.

Damaged gadgets

We are unable to pay you for your damaged gadget. Please ensure that your gadget is fully working and has all its necessary accessories before sending it to us. By doing this, disappointment will be prevented.

SIM and Memory cards

Please ensure you remove your SIM card and memory card before sending your phone/gadget. These cards contain personal details and, for your protection, will be destroyed immediately. It is your responsibility to cancel any airtime contract linked to your SIM card. We are not responsible for any costs arising as a result of your failure to remove your SIM card. We are unable to return any SIM cards or memory cards that we receive.

We would remind you that by sending your phone/gadget to us, you agree to release us from all and any claims, losses or damages with respect to the phone/gadget, any data stored or contained therein or on any media used in conjunction with the phone/gadget (personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is your responsibility to ensure that such data is removed from the phone/gadget prior to sending it to us.

Phone/Gadget Memory and Internal Hard Drives

It is your responsibility to ensure you remove all data or contacts from your phone/gadget’s internal memory or hard drive before sending it to us.

No data or pictures are retrievable once your device has completed our testing procedure.

Payments

When we receive your device, we check that it is complete, and that it meets our Terms and Conditions. Providing it does, we will post the payment to you at the address you provided when you registered

Cheques

Cheque payments - 7 working days after your device has passed our inspection. It may take longer at busy times of the year as it passes through the postal system.

If you have lost or damaged your cheque we will re-issue it. An administration charge will apply, which will be deducted from the value of the replacement cheque.

Payments are non transferable and reserve the right to withdraw any offer without notice

Bank Transfer Payments

If you have chosen to be paid via bank transfer then it is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct account number and sort code. We use software to verify the account exists but we cannot take responsibility for account numbers or sort codes which are input incorrectly.

We cannot, under any circumstances, recall or reissue bank transfer payments once they have been made.

BACS payments – Up to 3 working days after your device has passed our inspection.

All valuations include VAT where applicable at the current rate.

Payments are non transferable and reserve the right to withdraw any offer without notice

Postal damage and loss

Sending your phone to us using our FREEPOST address is more convenient but carries a greater risk.

For your added protection, we suggest that all phones/gadgets are sent to us by Special Delivery. Please note that you are responsible for this cost and we can not refund it.

We strongly recommend that you pack your phone carefully to minimise the risk of damage in transit. The prepaid envelope does not guarantee that the phone will be received in the same condition as when it was sent. We do not take any responsibility for lost phones/gadgets or damage in transit.

Returns - Phones

Phones will be returned to you only if we offer you a lower price and you don’t accept the requote.

We retain internal proof of dispatch and use standard Royal Mail services. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage once a phone has left our premises.

Returns – Gadgets

Electronic gadget can not be returned to you. If your gadget fails our test and is classed as faulty you will receive a notification email informing you that it is faulty and that we will be recycling it for free. If you’ve made a mistake by selecting the wrong model, we will notify you of the new value and process the gadget accordingly.

More than 10 devices

Should you have more than 10 devices to trade, we reserve the right to contact the customer and request IMEI's/serial number for those devices and dependent on quantities may treat the trade as bulk and as such might provide single courier service. Ensure you keep a record of the IMEI/Serial numbers of the devices you send to us. Larger quantities (10 or more) may be traded via our bulk trade channel rather than the online channel

Important things we need you be aware of (Phones and/or Gadgets):

·         Device values stated on the website are subject to change at any time without notice.

·         Users must register a valid UK mainland address.

·         Customers must be 18 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

·         Phone(s) and gadget(s) traded with must be done with the permission of their legal owner(s).

·         We strive to ensure that our website is usually available at all times. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our website is not available or online for any time or any period.

·         Access to our website will be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure or maintenance, repair or for reasons beyond our control.

·         We are registered under the Data Protection Act and all customer data is handled in a secure fashion.

·         Please note that any notifications of our updates or special offers will be sent via your registered account details. We also send reminder emails if we have not received your package.

·         We check all Serial number and IMEI’s via CheckMEND to ensure that devices sent to us are not reported stolen. If after checking the unit’s details we become aware of any problems, we reserve the right to withhold/cancel payment and you agree to co-operate with us and any authorities should we so request. Your unit will be quarantined and can not be sent back to you.

·         If your device has been listed on CheckMEND and you, with the help of CheckMEND and the Police, successfully unblock the IMEI, you have to notify us within 28 days of receipt of the device at our premises. If the device is still listed after the 28 days, we will under no circumstance return it or issue any payment for the device.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether arising from fraud, negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty.

Payzoola.com envelope
Your gadget must be traded via the website (www.payzoola.com) in order to supply you with a reference number. Once we receive your envelope it should have a reference number. If the received gadget was not traded via our website, we will not be able to pay you and it will be recycled for free. Following this process, the gadget can not be returned to you under any circumstances.

We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of gadgets or damage in transit. We therefore recommend that you send units via registered post to ensure successful delivery.

If your gadget does not fit in the envelope, please order a Welcome Pack on our website.  You will be asked to choose either option.

Please note that all large gadgets, i.e. large games consoles, laptops and tablets will be collected via a courier.  This will be confirmed during and after you’ve traded your gadget(s).

Usage

User Accounts

Should you wish to trade your phone, you will be required to open an account. In such event you must complete the registration process by providing us with complete and accurate information as stated in the applicable registration form. You will also be required to choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under said account. You agree to notify Payzoola.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Payzoola.com will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.

Changes

Payzoola.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Payzoola.com may terminate, change, correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the website, make any other changes to the website, the assets and the products, programs, services or prices (if any) described in the website, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features of the website, at any time without notice. Gold and Precious Metals recycling - terms and conditions of supply/sale.

We buy GOLD and PLATINUM of any age, and in any condition.

We buy:

  • Old and broken gold – even if it’s tangled, tarnished.
  • Foreign gold – even if it doesn’t have a hallmark
  • Odd Gold or Platinium jewellery – single earrings and cufflinks welcome
  • Gold clasps and fittings
  • Gold watches
  • Dental gold – gold teeth, fillings and grills
  • Gold and silver coins, plates, trophies, tankards and cutlery
  • ANYTHING, in ANY CONDITION, as long as it is gold or platinum

Turn your unwanted bits and pieces into cash. There’s no minimum, so even if it’s just an old earring, send it in. You might be surprised at how much it’s worth.

100% satisfaction guaranteed: if for some reason you are not happy with our offer, we’ll send your items straight back to you. A charge maybe made to cover the return and administrative costs of return.

Please note – we can’t accept imitation gold, costume jewellery or gold plated items. These will be returned to you for a charge of £10 or donated to the Oxfam so please check before you send.

How to test if its Gold or Platinium

Test 1 - Magnetic or not?

High grade gold, silver and metals from the platinum group are non-magnetic. Even if the jewellery is not pure gold, the amount of other metals that are contained in the alloy will not be enough to make the item stick to a magnet.

Simply run an ordinary refrigerator magnet over your items before sending them in. If your jewellery sticks to the magnet it is most likely not real gold and you should not send it to Best Value Gold.

Test 2 - Check for a hallmark

Most countries require that real gold jewellery be hallmarked. This means that when the item is produced it receives an official stamp indicating what grade the gold is that was used in the item. Usually the hallmark will be in an inconspicuous place such as the inside of a ring or on the back of a bracelet clasp. The hallmark usually consists of a small seal and the grade info which is either given in carat (1-24) or in finesse (1-1000 or .1-.999).

Please note that some real jewellery is not hallmarked. At the same time, there are forged items that bear an official looking stamp. Therefore, if possible please also use the magnet test to determine whether your gold jewellery is real or not

WE ONLY PAY FOR PRINTER MANUFACTURERS
OFFICIAL ORIGINAL BRANDED CARTRIDGES, NOT COMPATIBLE OR REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS, AND WHICH MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL OEM CONDITION WITHOUT HAVING BEEN REFILLED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY.

Please note that by choosing to recyce your ink carridge with us, you are making an offer to us to purchase the described items and we may refuse this offer at our absolute discretion. If we accept the offer, this will create a legally binding contract between us and you cannot change your mind or require us to return the items after collection without our consent. We will though have the right to cancel this contract at any time and to refuse to collect or pay for items where any of these are not as described by you under the above online procedure or which we do not believe are the manufacturers official original branded cartridges or we believe have been tampered with or where you have not included all of the items identified for collection through our above procedure. In the event of cancellation for any of these reasons, we will arrange delivery back to you of any rejected goods but reserve the right to charge you our reasonable costs of collection and re-delivery.

On acceptance of your items, we will pay you the recycle value for the accepted items as identified through our above procedure.The price identified is inclusive of any VAT. In offering any items to us, you warrant that the items are as you have described and that you own the items and have the full legal right and title to sell them to us.

Any descriptions or illustrations contained on our website, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods and services they describe. They do not form part of the contract between you and us or any other contract between you and us for the sale of the goods or supply of services. This does not limit our liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

Please check these terms and the information set out in your Order carefully before submitting your Order to ensure that they are complete and accurate. If you think that there is a mistake or omission, please notify us immediately. If we have already accepted your Order, you will be bound by the terms stated in the Order unless we agree otherwise. You must therefore ensure that you have stated the correct items in your Order and in particular that you have ensured that the items Ordered are compatible with your equipment

The following terms and conditions are legally binding on you as a customer being the person ("You" or the "Customer") entering into the evaluation and sale agreement ("sale") of used, or unwanted clothing (the "Clothing" or "Clothes") to Payzoola.com ("Payzoola.com" or "we", "us", "our") and/or a user of the Payzoola.com site.

2. Requirements for use. You warrant to Payzoola.com that: 2.1 You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are a resident in the United Kingdom;  2.2 You have full authority to sell the Valuables; 2.3 The Clothing is sold freely without any liabilities, nor any adverse claims of any type whatsoever; 2.4 No illegal activity in any country has been involved in the handling or possession of the Clothing; 2.5 Payzoola.com will not break any law of the UK or any other country as a result of your sale; 2.6 You legally own the Clothing that you are sending to Payzoola.com with the intention of sale, and can provide proof of ownership if requested. 2.7 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and; 2.8 The information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. How the contract is formed between you and us 3.1 After you have completed the online form ordering a Clothes Collection Pack, which will include a Clothes Collection Sack, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to receive from us an evaluation of your Clothing. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by dispatching to you our Clothes Collection Pack ("the Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

4. Shipping and Insurance You warrant to Payzoola that: 4.1 When sending your Clothing to Payzoola.com you will only use the Clothes Collection Sack that Payzoola provides. 4.2 Upon return of a Clothes Collection Sack, if it is found to be inappropriately filled, under the minimum processing weight of half a sack (<10kg), Payzoola.com reserve the right not to provide a Valuation. 4.3 The Clothes Collection Sack provided by Payzoola.com will already be insured for transportation. If Your Clothing requires higher insurance you must arrange this at your own expense. If you are using an alternative courier to carry our Clothes Collection Sack, you are responsible for fully insuring your Clothing, and any claim against loss or damage must be made to this carrier. 4.4 A third party will be carrying the Clothing between Payzoola.com and You, and the company’s tracking application (CMP/KR/KS number) will be the only way of ensuring that the Clothing was mailed correctly. 4.5 The third party used to collect and delivery Your Clothing will ask for Your signature when collecting Your Clothing as proof of collection from Your address. 4.5 Payzoola.com reserves the right to reject and immediately return a Clothes Collection Sack back to sender if it looks as though it has been tampered with, such as damaged or opened, without any further liability to Payzoola.com. 4.6 Payzoola.com takes no responsibility for damage or loss of Your Clothing when being delivered by a third party.

5. Events Outside Of Our Control 5.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations ("Force Majeure Event").

6. Valuation and damage  6.1 Payzoola.com purchases Clothing for the purposes of reselling. 6.2 You accept that the process of appraisal of your Clothing may result in damage to the material.  6.3 Payzoola.com will not accept clothing that is not modern and that shows any signs of damage, wear or tear including but not limit to; tears, rips, stains, holes, missing buttons/badges/labels/, worn or broken stitching, dampness, faded colours/logos/prints, broken zips, bobbling, deodorant/aftershave/perfume stains, animal hair, odour/smoke ridden or worn/scuffed materials. We do not accept bedding, curtains, jeans, work uniforms, home made knit wear, sports uniforms (example, Judo suit), school uniforms, soft toys, towels, rugs, books, cd's, games, tired/aged clothing, personalised clothing (e.g. Stag T-shirts) and less than half filled (<10kg) collections sacks. 6.4 Quality Clothing that shows no signs of damage, wear or tear as in 6.3 will in valued at 50p per kilogram. 6.5 All items that are sent to Payzoola.com that we do not accept, stated in 6.3, will be valued at 0p per kilogram. 6.6 The Valuation provided by Payzoola.com is final and we do not provide a return service for your clothing. 6.7 Payzoola.com reserves the right to destroy any Clothing received that do not meet the criteria outlined in 6.3.

7. Transaction process and payment, and business hours 7.1 Payzoola.com is open for business Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public and bank holidays. 7.2 If the Clothes Collection Sack is found not to include a fully completed payment form, to be inappropriately filled with damaged, worn or torn Clothing as stated 6.3, or filled under the minimum processing weight of half a sack (<10kg), We reserve the right to process the Clothing without payment to You. We do not provide a return service for clothing. 7.3 Upon receipt of your Clothing, Payzoola.com will assess your Clothing and send you an acknowledgement email of the valuation of your Clothing. This valuation is final.  7.4 Packages are only delivered to Payzoola.com on working days, which exclude public and bank holidays. 7.5 As Payzoola.com pays the delivery costs of collecting your clothes collection sack,if a collection is missed due to no fault of City Link, it is at the discretion of Payzoola.com if another collection request is allowed after the initial collection attempt has been missed.

8.0. Ownership and risk 8.1 Ownership and risk of the Clothing will only pass to us once the payment has been trasferred to your Payzoola Account

9.0. Claims procedures 9.1 If the situation arose where you want to issue a claim, please send full details of your claim with all supporting evidence to Payzoola, 42 Borough High Street, London Bridge, London SE1 1XW. On receipt of your claim, should there be any irregularities found and/or missing proof that the items were mailed to Payzoola.com, the claim will be denied. Ensure the above precautions are carried out in order for a claim to be approved.

10. Use of this website 10.1 Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. 10.2 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All rights are reserved. 10.3 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. You must not use any part or material on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. Indemnity You agree to not hold Payzoola.com responsible for any/all liability, claim, losses, cost and legal fees (paid in arrears) which is a direct or indirect result of any kind of violation of these terms and conditions. This includes claims by third parties. You also permit that You will completely defend and cover Payzoola.com, and its lawful successors from any adverse claim, and not hold any of the previously mentioned parties responsible.

12. Choice of law, waiver, and claims 12.1 Regardless of its conflict of law provisions, these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Payzoola.com’s failure to put any right or condition of the terms and conditions into effect, will not be deemed as ignoring such right or condition. If any condition of the terms and conditions is found by a court of law to be invalid, the parties agree nonetheless that the court should try to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in such condition and the other conditions of the terms and conditions still completely and effectively apply. You agree that without regard to any statute law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services offered by Payzoola.com must be filed in less than one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the United Kingdom. Payzoola.com shall be entitled to reimbursement for any and all costs incurred by it in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in jurisdiction outside of England and Wales, including but not limited to legal fees acquired by Payzoola.com.

We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide our customers. 13.2 Payzoola.com will use your information to provide and personalise our service and to detect and prevent fraud.   • Dirty or Damp clothes (or clothes with evidence of dampness)
  • Clothes with make up stains, any other other stains, bobbling, holes or broken stitching
  • Clothes that appear worn, aged or tired.
  • Clothes that have missing badges, labels, buttons or buckles.
  • Clothes with broken zips or buckles.
  • Clothes must be smoke or odour free.
  • Clothes with a camouflage pattern.
  • Personalised Clothing.

    Certain tears, holes and/or rips 'may' be accepted if they are specifically part of the original manufacturing process. Also items that are originally as a pair such as footwear & gloves must be sent as a pair.

    Watches - terms and conditions of supply/sale.

    The terms below will apply to every purchase of a watch by Payzoola.com.
    Please note that all communications, whether by email, internet, telephone, fax, post, face to face or other means are conducted on a "subject to contract" basis. No legally binding contract between the Seller and the Company will be formed in any circumstances until (I) the company has had the opportunity to conduct an on-site valuation of the watch and inspect any accompanying documentation, AND (ii) a physical examination of the watch has been conducted by a qualified watchmaker or technician on behalf of Payzoola.com (which may in some cases take place at a later date); AND (iii) the parties have entered into the company's standard written contract of purchase which incorporates the terms stated below.

    If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.

    References to the "Company" or "Payzoola.com" relates to AJS Technology Limited. References to the "Seller" relates to you, the owner of the watch, which is the subject matter of the purchase.

    1. Pre-Contract Information
    a. In most instances you will receive two valuations: One valuation for a trade sale and one to be sold on a commission basis. You will need to provide us with certain information about the type and condition of the watch that you want to sell
    .
    b. Both valuations are provided on a "subject to contract" basis and are not legally binding. Payzoola.com reserves the right to withdraw the valuation at any time without legal consequence and with no liability to the prospective Seller.
    c. The Seller warrants that they are the legal owner of the watch and consents to transfer the full unencumbered legal title and full ownership of the watch to Payzoola.com.


    2. Price Quoted
    a. The price quoted in the valuation will be in pounds sterling and be defined as the net cost, please see the VAT margin scheme for further details. Companies should enquire as to their VAT implications
    b. All prices quoted in the valuation are given in good faith and are derived from a combination of factors including the information supplied by the Seller. The provision of inaccurate, false or misleading data by the Seller will result in an inaccurate valuation, which cannot be relied upon by the Seller.
    c. If for some reason an error in the valuation quoted has occurred, Payzoola.com Ltd will rectify the price as soon as reasonably practicable after notification of the mistake. No liability whatsoever can be accepted by Payzoola.com for accidental mistakes or errors caused by system failures.

    3. Payment
    a. Payzoola.com will pay for the watch via the Payzoola website. Payment to a nominated third party will generally be unacceptable for this purpose.
    b. Cleared funds may take up to 3-4 working days after payment has become due. No liability is accepted for any delay, which was unavoidable in the circumstances.
    c. Payzoola.com reserves the right to pay by any other appropriate payment method when and where reasonable.
    d. Payment will not fall due if the Company rescinds the contract within a reasonable period after the physical examination by a qualified watchmaker or technician.
    e. A minimum charge of £75 applies to all watches sold on commission.
    f. Any outstanding monies owned to the company including servicing costs will be deducted from any payment or Commission.

    4. Seller's Warranties
    a. The Seller expressly warrants that all the information supplied during the valuation process is accurate and true.
    b. The Seller warrants that the watch is not subject to undisclosed finance.
    c. The Seller warrants to the best of his knowledge and belief that the watch has not been an insurance write-off or has been subject to substantial remedial repairs.
    d. The Seller warrants the serial numbers and documentation are genuine and accurate and that neither has not, to the best of his knowledge and belief, been tampered with.
    e. The Seller warrants that there are no undisclosed physical defects with the watch that a prudent purchaser would want to be informed about.
    f. The Seller warrants that there are no undisclosed "title defects" with the watch that a prudent purchaser would want to be informed about.
    g. The Seller warrants that he is the legal owner of the watch, has the right to transfer the full unencumbered legal title and full ownership of the watch to the Company.
    h. The Seller warrants than no other person has any claim to the watch whether legal, equitable, possessory or otherwise.

    Once a sale has been agreed (between Payzoola.com, 'The Buyer' and 'The Seller') The Seller can only cancel with the expressed written permission of Payzoola.com. The Seller will be liable for any consequential loss of profit to Payzoola.com or any charges incurred, these will be detailed to The Seller before the cancellation request is approved.

    5. Delivery
    a. The watch must be delivered by the Seller to designated premises allocated by Payzoola.com at the Seller's expense.
    b. Collection of the watch directly by Payzoola.com will only be made in the most exceptional of circumstances and only by prior agreement. An additional charge may be levied in these circumstances.
    c. Insuring the item in transit will be the seller's responsibility.

    6. Inspection
    a. The watch will be inspected by a Payzoola.com representative prior to the completion of the sale.
    A revised valuation may be offered where (i) the watch does not fully comply with the information provided during the valuation process, (ii) where the condition is such that it has a substantial impact of the value of the watch and/ or (iii) other relevant factors not disclosed affect the valuation.
    b. In addition to the initial valuation, the watch may be physically inspected by a watchmaker either before or after the Seller has agreed the valuation or sale contract. If the physical inspection by the watchmaker is carried out after the written contract has been completed and agreed by the Seller, the Company may rescind the contract for any serious defect subsequently discovered in the watch by such inspection.
    c. This inspection can be carried out at anytime the watch is the property of Payzoola.com.

    7. Insurance
    a. Any watch in the possession of Payzoola.com is covered under its insurance policy, the replacement value which will be defined as latest and most accurate trade sale valuation. Less any outstanding costs owed to Payzoola in the form of advertising, postage or servicing fees.
    b. In the event of loss or damage to your watch incurred whilst in the possession of the company, settlement will only be made once settlement has been received by the company from the insurance company.

    8. Consequential Losses
    a. The Company, its directors, employees or other agents shall not be liable for direct or indirect consequential losses of any kind including loss of profits and other forms of expenses and compensation.

    9. Exclusion of Liability
    a. The Company does not limit is liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence but liability for property damage is expressly excluded.

    10. Variation
    a. The terms of this cannot be varied by oral representation or otherwise. Any variation must be in writing and signed by both parties.

    11. Third Party Rights
    a. Nothing in these terms and conditions of purchase shall be construed as given any person any third party rights. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 is expressly excluded.

    12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    a. The governing law is English Law and the parties agree to submit to the full jurisdiction of the English courts. "Payzoola.com" is a trading name of AJS Technology Limited whose office is 42 Borough High Street, London SE1 1XW.

    13. Buying In Slip
    a. All sellers agree to the following conditions:
    (i) I hereby confirm that the watch is my property and I am entitled to sell free from any charge, lien, burden or adverse claim, including all hire.
    (ii) I accept that every element in the description of the watch, including its make, model and serial number, is a material and essential part of its identity and that the absence or non-fulfilment of any such element renders the watch in the perception of you and me radically and fundamentally different from the watch that I have agreed to supply.
    (iii) I undertake that I have not concealed any fact or matter concerning the identity, quality, history, provenance, authenticity, legal status or general character of the watch, which might reasonably be regarded by a reasonable and prudent buyer in your position as material to, or otherwise liable to influence, the decision to buy the watch.
    (iv) I understand that I am fully responsible for any breach of the preceding conditions and remain so until discovery of such breach by you. I am also responsible for any defects in design, material or workmanship, latent or otherwise.



    Music CD's, DVD's and Video Games - terms and conditions of supply/sale.

    Payzoola.com is for the use of UK and Channel Island Residents Only. You are the legal owner or have permission of the owner to sell the items through Payzoola.com. You are at least 18 years old; or if you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your items to us for the sum indicated via our website. Payment is made based on the value offered at the time of transaction only and is subject to CDs, DVDs and Games passing our quality checks. All CDs, DVDs and Games are checked by our quality control team. Payzoola.com will not make payment for any product delivered in the following condition:Any of the original disks from the original item are missing.

    • The disk in the case does not match the cover and / or sleeve notes.

    • Some or any of the cover and / or sleeve notes are missing.

    • The cover and / or sleeve notes OR the disk are irretrievably damaged and cannot be refurbished e.g. the disk is cracked or very badly scratched or the cover and / or sleeve notes are water damaged or torn.
    • The cover, the disc artwork and/or the sleeve notes are defaced in any way.
    • We suspect the product is 'non original' in any way. Please note, this matter is taken very seriously and Payzoola.com reserves the right to take further action as appropriate regarding ‘non original’ recordings.
    • Any Game that does not have all the original instruction booklets in addition to the original art work.

    We only accept Games on the following formats, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and PSP. Individual Games on these formats will be accepted by title, and not all game titles will be accepted, regardless of whether they are on an accepted format. For clarity we DO NOT accept PC Games. Where items are rejected for any of the above reasons, Payzoola.com’s decision is final. Users will be kept informed via email updates and by looking into the relevant transaction within their account if one or more of their items have failed quality control. Items that fail the QA process or that have not been included in the original trade cannot be returned under any circumstances and will be recycled responsibly. Customers do not have the right to withdraw from a transaction once we have received your items in our warehouse at which point your transaction is final. Your statutory rights are not affected. All payments include VAT at the current UK rate.

    Postage

    Payzoola.com take no responsibility for damage or loss for items sent by the Royal Mail.

    Customers are recommended to get proof of postage from the Post Office. If your items are lost by the Royal Mail we will assist you in making a claim for loss.

    To ensure payment is made quickly users are recommended to send their CDs, DVDs or Games in as few parcels as possible. All parcels must be secured properly and appropriate packaging used.

    Transaction Times
    The following is offered as a guide for the timescale that the transaction will take to complete:

    • Royal Mail FREEPOST parcels can take up to 10 days to arrive at the Payzoola.com offices and are checked by the Quality Assurance team as quickly as possible. At busy times testing can take up to 7 days to complete.
    • Royal Mail Business Post can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

    Regular communication will be sent via e-mail regarding the progress and status of each order or users may log onto their account and look into the order history for updates.

    Payzoola.com has been developed for use by members of the general public only and not by businesses, organisations, cooperatives or traders (whether sole, market or otherwise) who wish to sell single or multiple copies of the same item(s).

    Payzoola.com will automatically reject transactions which contain multiple items of the same title and reject repeat transactions that contain the same items that have been traded before by a user. These items will not be paid for, not returned and will be recycled responsibly.

    Users should be 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site.

    Payzoola.com tries to ensure that any information provided is up to date and accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for goods offered through third parties.

    We will amend any inaccuracies or exclusions as soon as is practical once we have been made of aware of them.
    Payzoola.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMME.

    In no event shall Payzoola.com’s liability, either jointly or severally, exceed £20. Payzoola.com however does not limit its liability for death and personal injury resulting from its negligence.

    The User agrees to indemnify and hold Payzoola.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, (including reasonable legal fees) relating to your breach of this Agreement and your posting of any material on this site.

    Users Agree and expressly Warrant that prior to selling their CDs, DVDs and/or Games that they have not "ripped", digitally copied or made any other type of illegal copy of the entertainment products that the User is selling and furthermore Agree and Accept to fully indemnify Payzoola.com against any potential action or action(s) whatsoever that may or may not be taken with regard to the sale of their entertainment products in relation to, but not limited too, artist rights, copyright and/ or intellectual property that might or may result from the sale of the Users entertainment products to Payzoola.com.

    Books - terms and conditions of supply/sale.

    Payzoola.com will honour the quoted price for books received within 7 days that meet our condition standards.
    Books will NOT be accepted* with any of the following conditions:

      • Missing or loose pages.

      • Major wear to the binding.

      • Tears to the cover or pages.

      • Water, moisture damage, mold, or stains.

      • Fire or smoke damage.

      • Strong odor of any kind (including cigarette odor).

      • Exceeds Payzoola.com

    Workbooks, lab manuals, study guides, and books with practice tests will not be accepted if they contain any writing.

    If a textbook originally came with a CD or DVD, the original CD/DVD must accompany the book when shipped to us. Any and all CD/DVDs must be in working condition, uninstalled, and unregistered from all computers.

      • International edition textbooks (standard U.K. editions only).

      • Ex-library books.

      • Custom edition textbooks (textbooks printed for a specific school).

      • One-time use subscription/registration-based software/online course materials.

      • Partial sets (i.e. only volume 1 of a 2 volume set).

      • Reader's Digest Condensed books.

      • Items with no ISBN printed anywhere on or inside the item.

      • Calendars, card decks, puzzles, games, and other non-book items.

      • Pornography or otherwise offensive and explicit material.

      • Most encyclopedia sets.

      • Most Bibles.

      • Most magazines and comic books.

      • Copies of books that do not comply with U.K. copyright laws. 

    Payzoola, in its sole discretion imposes a maximum quantity of 3 books per IP address. Please do not send extra books or extra items in your shipment. Additional books or items included in your shipment that are not in your seller cart will not be accepted and may cause a reduction in the total quoted price.

    Payzoola reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the condition of a book or other item upon receipt in Payzoola's warehouse, regardless of any price quoted to you by Payzoola, and to take price deductions or discard* accordingly.

    Items accepted and purchased by Payzoola will not be returned to the Seller.

    *Items not accepted by Payzoola will only be shipped back to the Seller at the Seller's expense. Items not accepted will be held for 30 days; after that time, these items will be recycled, donated, or used to support the community and environment at Payzoola's discretion. Payzoola will post a notice of any deductions for items not accepted on the seller's account within 5 business days after receipt. If the Seller would like their unaccepted items returned, the Seller must contact Payzoola promptly, via email to make arrangements for return shipping costs.

    As we cover many products, with differing recycling process the terms and conditions of supply may vary. Please carefully read the terms and conditions that applies to your product(s).
     


    Terms & Conditions of Supply - Mobiles and Gadgets.

    Payzoola Gadget Trade-in works to reduce the number of electronic gadgets and mobile phones that are sent to landfill sites. As mobile phones, electronic gadgets and their batteries contain numerous dangerous metals, including lead, cadmium, lithium and mercury, re-use and recycling helps protect the environment and save natural resources. We provide a guarantee that all mobile phones will, wherever possible, be re-used (in accordance with the WEEE Directive). Important information about YOUR phone and electronic gadget:

    The main rules specific to mobile phones…

    To help us process your phone and pay you the full working amount, please make sure that your phone:

    ·         Powers-up (turns on) and is in a usable, working condition;

    ·         Has its screen (LCD) intact i.e. not cracked or smashed. Please note that a white screen does not constitute a working phone. If the phone has a touch screen, the screen must be fully functional.

    ·         Has its charged battery and battery cover;

    ·         Is not water-damaged or any other type of liquid;

    ·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable;

    Other things to watch out for…

    Make sure your phone:

    ·         Is not reported lost or stolen and/or blocked by the network;

    ·         Is an original unit produced by the mobile phone manufacturer (e.g. Nokia);

    ·         Is of a UK specification – please note that we retain right to offer a re-quote if the handset does not match UK specifications.

    ·         Is your property and you are legally permitted to sell it;

    ·         Reaches us within 14 days. The price we quote you is valid for 14 days and we reserve the right to pay the current market rate for phones received after this period.

    ·         Is free from any lines and is not subject to any outstanding credit agreements;

    ·         Has its IMEI label and that the label is not damaged (15 character serial number).

    ·         Does not have an IMEI discrepancy e.g. label and internal IMEI mismatch.

    We will not be able to issue any payment or return your phone if it is:

    ·         Not listed on our website;

    ·         Are over 4 years old;

    ·         Missing or has damaged IMEI labels (15 character serial number);

    ·         Not produced by the original manufacturer, i.e. a counterfeit handset;

    ·         If the handset has 2 SIM card slots i.e. a counterfeit handset

    ·         Barred or Reported Lost/Stolen

    Please note that we do accept phone chargers and other accessories but would advise that this does not increase the value of your phone. All received accessories will be recycled automatically and under no circumstances can be returned to you.

    The main rules specific to small electronic gadgets…

    To help us process your gadget and pay you the full working amount, please make sure your electronic gadget(Sat Navs, MP3, Digital Cameras, Handheld Gaming Devices):

    ·         Powers-up (turns on) and is in a usable, fully working condition;

    ·         Has its screen (LCD) intact i.e. not cracked or smashed. Please note that a white screen does not constitute a working gadget. If the gadget has a touch screen, the screen must be fully functional.

    ·         Has its charged battery, charger (if it has a rechargeable battery), and any accessory required to be complete. (e.g. Sat Nav – windscreen mounting) and product specific cables.

    ·         Is not water-damaged or any other type of liquid;

    ·         Is an original unit produced by the electronic gadget manufacturer (e.g. Apple);

    ·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable

    ·         If the gadget is faulty we won’t be able to offer any price the device and will recycle it for free.

    Please note that we will not be able to pay you any money if any of the accessories for your electronic gadget is missing.

    Laptops and Large Gadgets

    By agreeing to our terms and conditions and subsequently shipping your Laptop or Large Gadget to us, you certify that you are the legal owner of the Laptop or Large Gadget that you send.

    We will pay you the amount quoted via our website, providing the Laptop or Large Gadget was described accurately by yourself. All units undergo inspection which involves a full test to determine its functionality status. If we find that the device’s test result is different to what you have stated, we reserve the right to refuse to purchase the device. If after inspection the device is deemed to be in a condition which qualifies it as a faulty device, we may offer a requote via your registered email address. You need to respond to the requote within 7 days of date of delivery into your mailbox. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will process the device at the new value.

    If the customer decides to reject the requote, we will ask that the customer arranges for their device to be collected at their own cost. Alternatively we could ship the device back to you at a cost of £20.

    It is your responsibility to appropriately package the device you send to us to ensure that it is protected from any harm during the shipping process. You are solely responsible for any harm that comes to the device that you send to us if you fail to package it appropriately prior to sending it.

    Upon receipt of your device, all items with memory storage/hard drives will undergo an attempt to clear any data. It is your responsibility to remove any information or data from your device prior to sending it to us. You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any loss or injury resulting from your failure to remove such information prior to reselling or recycling the device that you send. We are not responsible for any loss suffered by you due to any data that is not erased from the device and becomes available to any third party subsequent to our final disposition of your device. Remember to make all the necessary backups or transfer of data from your device before you send it should you wish to keep it.

    Please Note:

    ·         We do not accept any counterfeit/copy devices and if received, no payment will be made for such devices and they will not be returned.

    ·         We work in conjunction with CheckMEND and every device is checked against a database to highlight lost/stolen items. No payment will be made for such devices and they will not be returned. They are reported to the police and insurance fraud departments as part of an automated process.

    The main rules specific to Laptops...

    To help us process your Laptop and pay you the full working amount, please make sure that your Laptop:

    ·         Boot-up (turns on) to the Windows Home screen and is in a usable, working condition;

    ·         Has its screen (LCD) intact i.e. not cracked or smashed. Please note that a white screen does not constitute a working Laptop;

    ·         Has a Windows Key; (This can be found under your laptop and confirms that it has a valid Windows Licence) • Has its charged battery and charger/power cable;

    ·         Is not liquid damaged;

    ·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable

    The main rules specific to Large Gadgets...

    To help us process your Large Gadget and pay you the full working amount, please make sure that your Large Gadget: (Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Wii and any Tablets)

    ·         Boot-up (turns on) to the Console Home screen and is in a usable, working condition;

    ·         Reads and loads a disc/game;

    ·         Touch screen and related buttons are fully working

    ·         Has its charger/power cable (AC);

    ·         Has its AV cable;

    ·         Has its Sensor Bar (if applicable to your Console);

    ·         Has at least one controller

    ·         Has its USB cable (if applicable to your Console);

    ·         Has undamaged Connectors;

    ·         Is not water-damaged or any other type of liquid;

    ·         Does not have significant damage, although some mild cosmetic damage (general wear and tear) is acceptable.

    Under certain limited circumstances, at no fault of ours, we may not be able to return your item and you agree to hold us harmless from any loss regarding our failure, when outside of our control, to return your laptop or other item to you. We will never under any circumstance duplicate or return any software or data contained on your laptop or other device.

    Wrong Phone or Gadget Model

    We examine every phone and gadget that we receive. If, on inspection, we find that the model you traded is different to the one we received, or its condition is not as described, we will advise you of its new value by email. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will automatically process the phone or gadget and pay you the new value.

    Under no circumstances, will mobile phones or gadgets be returned after this period.

    Damaged phones

    We may will still pay you for your damaged phones but the values offered will be less. The price will be confirmed by email once the phone has been examined.

    Handsets which have been received and are too badly damaged to process will not be retuned.

    For phones which have suffered water/liquid damage we may, depending on the severity, pay a maximum of 10% of the phone's working value.

    If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will automatically process the phone and pay you the new value.

    Under no circumstances will phones be returned after this period.

    Damaged gadgets

    We are unable to pay you for your damaged gadget. Please ensure that your gadget is fully working and has all its necessary accessories before sending it to us. By doing this, disappointment will be prevented.

    SIM and Memory cards

    Please ensure you remove your SIM card and memory card before sending your phone/gadget. These cards contain personal details and, for your protection, will be destroyed immediately. It is your responsibility to cancel any airtime contract linked to your SIM card. We are not responsible for any costs arising as a result of your failure to remove your SIM card. We are unable to return any SIM cards or memory cards that we receive.

    We would remind you that by sending your phone/gadget to us, you agree to release us from all and any claims, losses or damages with respect to the phone/gadget, any data stored or contained therein or on any media used in conjunction with the phone/gadget (personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is your responsibility to ensure that such data is removed from the phone/gadget prior to sending it to us.

    Phone/Gadget Memory and Internal Hard Drives

    It is your responsibility to ensure you remove all data or contacts from your phone/gadget’s internal memory or hard drive before sending it to us.

    No data or pictures are retrievable once your device has completed our testing procedure.

    Payments

    When we receive your device, we check that it is complete, and that it meets our Terms and Conditions. Providing it does, we will post the payment to you at the address you provided when you registered

    Cheques

    Cheque payments - 7 working days after your device has passed our inspection. It may take longer at busy times of the year as it passes through the postal system.

    If you have lost or damaged your cheque we will re-issue it. An administration charge will apply, which will be deducted from the value of the replacement cheque.

    Bank Transfer Payments

    If you have chosen to be paid via bank transfer then it is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct account number and sort code. We use software to verify the account exists but we cannot take responsibility for account numbers or sort codes which are input incorrectly.

    We cannot, under any circumstances, recall or reissue bank transfer payments once they have been made.

    BACS payments – Up to 3 working days after your device has passed our inspection.

    All valuations include VAT where applicable at the current rate.

    Payments are non transferable and reserve the right to withdraw any offer without notice

    Postal damage and loss

    Sending your phone to us using our FREEPOST address is more convenient but carries a greater risk.

    For your added protection, we suggest that all phones/gadgets are sent to us by Special Delivery. Please note that you are responsible for this cost and we can not refund it.

    We strongly recommend that you pack your phone carefully to minimise the risk of damage in transit. The prepaid envelope does not guarantee that the phone will be received in the same condition as when it was sent. We do not take any responsibility for lost phones/gadgets or damage in transit.

    Returns - Phones

    Phones will be returned to you only if we offer you a lower price and you don’t accept the requote.

    We retain internal proof of dispatch and use standard Royal Mail services. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage once a phone has left our premises.

    Returns – Gadgets

    Electronic gadget can not be returned to you. If your gadget fails our test and is classed as faulty you will receive a notification email informing you that it is faulty and that we will be recycling it for free. If you’ve made a mistake by selecting the wrong model, we will notify you of the new value and process the gadget accordingly.

    More than 10 devices

    Should you have more than 10 devices to trade, we reserve the right to contact the customer and request IMEI's/serial number for those devices and dependent on quantities may treat the trade as bulk and as such might provide single courier service. Ensure you keep a record of the IMEI/Serial numbers of the devices you send to us. Larger quantities (10 or more) may be traded via our bulk trade channel rather than the online channel

    Important things we need you be aware of (Phones and/or Gadgets):

    ·         Device values stated on the website are subject to change at any time without notice.

    ·         Users must register a valid UK mainland address.

    ·         Customers must be 18 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

    ·         Phone(s) and gadget(s) traded with must be done with the permission of their legal owner(s).

    ·         We strive to ensure that our website is usually available at all times. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our website is not available or online for any time or any period.

    ·         Access to our website will be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure or maintenance, repair or for reasons beyond our control.

    ·         We are registered under the Data Protection Act and all customer data is handled in a secure fashion.

    ·         Please note that any notifications of our updates or special offers will be sent via your registered account details. We also send reminder emails if we have not received your package.

    ·         We check all Serial number and IMEI’s via CheckMEND to ensure that devices sent to us are not reported stolen. If after checking the unit’s details we become aware of any problems, we reserve the right to withhold/cancel payment and you agree to co-operate with us and any authorities should we so request. Your unit will be quarantined and can not be sent back to you.

    ·         If your device has been listed on CheckMEND and you, with the help of CheckMEND and the Police, successfully unblock the IMEI, you have to notify us within 28 days of receipt of the device at our premises. If the device is still listed after the 28 days, we will under no circumstance return it or issue any payment for the device.

    We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether arising from fraud, negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty.

    Payzoola.com envelope
    Your gadget must be traded via the website (www.payzoola.com) in order to supply you with a reference number. Once we receive your envelope it should have a reference number. If the received gadget was not traded via our website, we will not be able to pay you and it will be recycled for free. Following this process, the gadget can not be returned to you under any circumstances.

    We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of gadgets or damage in transit. We therefore recommend that you send units via registered post to ensure successful delivery.

    If your gadget does not fit in the envelope, please order a Welcome Pack on our website.  You will be asked to choose either option.

    Please note that all large gadgets, i.e. large games consoles, laptops and tablets will be collected via a courier.  This will be confirmed during and after you’ve traded your gadget(s).

    How to test if its Gold or Platinium

    Test 1 - Magnetic or not?

    High grade gold, silver and metals from the platinum group are non-magnetic. Even if the jewellery is not pure gold, the amount of other metals that are contained in the alloy will not be enough to make the item stick to a magnet.

    Simply run an ordinary refrigerator magnet over your items before sending them in. If your jewellery sticks to the magnet it is most likely not real gold and you should not send it to Best Value Gold.

    Test 2 - Check for a hallmark

    Most countries require that real gold jewellery be hallmarked. This means that when the item is produced it receives an official stamp indicating what grade the gold is that was used in the item. Usually the hallmark will be in an inconspicuous place such as the inside of a ring or on the back of a bracelet clasp. The hallmark usually consists of a small seal and the grade info which is either given in carat (1-24) or in finesse (1-1000 or .1-.999).

    Please note that some real jewellery is not hallmarked. At the same time, there are forged items that bear an official looking stamp. Therefore, if possible please also use the magnet test to determine whether your gold jewellery is real or not

    Please note that by choosing to recyce your ink carridge with us, you are making an offer to us to purchase the described items and we may refuse this offer at our absolute discretion. If we accept the offer, this will create a legally binding contract between us and you cannot change your mind or require us to return the items after collection without our consent. We will though have the right to cancel this contract at any time and to refuse to collect or pay for items where any of these are not as described by you under the above online procedure or which we do not believe are the manufacturers official original branded cartridges or we believe have been tampered with or where you have not included all of the items identified for collection through our above procedure. In the event of cancellation for any of these reasons, we will arrange delivery back to you of any rejected goods but reserve the right to charge you our reasonable costs of collection and re-delivery.

    On acceptance of your items, we will pay you the recycle value for the accepted items as identified through our above procedure.The price identified is inclusive of any VAT. In offering any items to us, you warrant that the items are as you have described and that you own the items and have the full legal right and title to sell them to us.

    Any descriptions or illustrations contained on our website, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods and services they describe. They do not form part of the contract between you and us or any other contract between you and us for the sale of the goods or supply of services. This does not limit our liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

    Please check these terms and the information set out in your Order carefully before submitting your Order to ensure that they are complete and accurate. If you think that there is a mistake or omission, please notify us immediately. If we have already accepted your Order, you will be bound by the terms stated in the Order unless we agree otherwise. You must therefore ensure that you have stated the correct items in your Order and in particular that you have ensured that the items Ordered are compatible with your equipment

    The following terms and conditions are legally binding on you as a customer being the person ("You" or the "Customer") entering into the evaluation and sale agreement ("sale") of used, or unwanted clothing (the "Clothing" or "Clothes") to Payzoola.com ("Payzoola.com" or "we", "us", "our") and/or a user of the Payzoola.com site.

    1. Information about us. www.Payzoola.com is a site operated by Payzoola.com Ltd ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 6747294 and with our registered office at Payzoola, 42 Borough High Street, London Bridge, London SE1 1XW . Our VAT number is 942927791

    2. Requirements for use. You warrant to Payzoola.com that: 2.1 You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are a resident in the United Kingdom;  2.2 You have full authority to sell the Valuables; 2.3 The Clothing is sold freely without any liabilities, nor any adverse claims of any type whatsoever; 2.4 No illegal activity in any country has been involved in the handling or possession of the Clothing; 2.5 Payzoola.com will not break any law of the UK or any other country as a result of your sale; 2.6 You legally own the Clothing that you are sending to Payzoola.com with the intention of sale, and can provide proof of ownership if requested. 2.7 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and; 2.8 The information you submit is truthful and accurate.

    3. How the contract is formed between you and us 3.1 After you have completed the online form ordering a Clothes Collection Pack, which will include a Clothes Collection Sack, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to receive from us an evaluation of your Clothing. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by dispatching to you our Clothes Collection Pack ("the Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

    4. Shipping and Insurance You warrant to Payzoola that: 4.1 When sending your Clothing to Payzoola.com you will only use the Clothes Collection Sack that Payzoola provides. 4.2 Upon return of a Clothes Collection Sack, if it is found to be inappropriately filled, under the minimum processing weight of half a sack (<10kg), Payzoola.com reserve the right not to provide a Valuation. 4.3 The Clothes Collection Sack provided by Payzoola.com will already be insured for transportation. If Your Clothing requires higher insurance you must arrange this at your own expense. If you are using an alternative courier to carry our Clothes Collection Sack, you are responsible for fully insuring your Clothing, and any claim against loss or damage must be made to this carrier. 4.4 A third party will be carrying the Clothing between Payzoola.com and You, and the company’s tracking application (CMP/KR/KS number) will be the only way of ensuring that the Clothing was mailed correctly. 4.5 The third party used to collect and delivery Your Clothing will ask for Your signature when collecting Your Clothing as proof of collection from Your address. 4.5 Payzoola.com reserves the right to reject and immediately return a Clothes Collection Sack back to sender if it looks as though it has been tampered with, such as damaged or opened, without any further liability to Payzoola.com. 4.6 Payzoola.com takes no responsibility for damage or loss of Your Clothing when being delivered by a third party.

    5. Events Outside Of Our Control 5.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations ("Force Majeure Event").

    6. Valuation and damage  6.1 Payzoola.com purchases Clothing for the purposes of reselling. 6.2 You accept that the process of appraisal of your Clothing may result in damage to the material.  6.3 Payzoola.com will not accept clothing that is not modern and that shows any signs of damage, wear or tear including but not limit to; tears, rips, stains, holes, missing buttons/badges/labels/, worn or broken stitching, dampness, faded colours/logos/prints, broken zips, bobbling, deodorant/aftershave/perfume stains, animal hair, odour/smoke ridden or worn/scuffed materials. We do not accept bedding, curtains, jeans, work uniforms, home made knit wear, sports uniforms (example, Judo suit), school uniforms, soft toys, towels, rugs, books, cd's, games, tired/aged clothing, personalised clothing (e.g. Stag T-shirts) and less than half filled (<10kg) collections sacks. 6.4 Quality Clothing that shows no signs of damage, wear or tear as in 6.3 will in valued at 50p per kilogram. 6.5 All items that are sent to Payzoola.com that we do not accept, stated in 6.3, will be valued at 0p per kilogram. 6.6 The Valuation provided by Payzoola.com is final and we do not provide a return service for your clothing. 6.7 Payzoola.com reserves the right to destroy any Clothing received that do not meet the criteria outlined in 6.3.

    7. Transaction process and payment, and business hours 7.1 Payzoola.com is open for business Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public and bank holidays. 7.2 If the Clothes Collection Sack is found not to include a fully completed payment form, to be inappropriately filled with damaged, worn or torn Clothing as stated 6.3, or filled under the minimum processing weight of half a sack (<10kg), We reserve the right to process the Clothing without payment to You. We do not provide a return service for clothing. 7.3 Upon receipt of your Clothing, Payzoola.com will assess your Clothing and send you an acknowledgement email of the valuation of your Clothing. This valuation is final.  7.4 Packages are only delivered to Payzoola.com on working days, which exclude public and bank holidays. 7.5 As Payzoola.com pays the delivery costs of collecting your clothes collection sack,if a collection is missed due to no fault of City Link, it is at the discretion of Payzoola.com if another collection request is allowed after the initial collection attempt has been missed.

    8.0. Ownership and risk 8.1 Ownership and risk of the Clothing will only pass to us once the payment has been trasferred to your Payzoola Account

    9.0. Claims procedures 9.1 If the situation arose where you want to issue a claim, please send full details of your claim with all supporting evidence to Payzoola, 42 Borough High Street, London Bridge, London SE1 1XW. On receipt of your claim, should there be any irregularities found and/or missing proof that the items were mailed to Payzoola.com, the claim will be denied. Ensure the above precautions are carried out in order for a claim to be approved.

    10. Use of this website 10.1 Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. 10.2 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All rights are reserved. 10.3 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Indemnity You agree to not hold Payzoola.com responsible for any/all liability, claim, losses, cost and legal fees (paid in arrears) which is a direct or indirect result of any kind of violation of these terms and conditions. This includes claims by third parties. You also permit that You will completely defend and cover Payzoola.com, and its lawful successors from any adverse claim, and not hold any of the previously mentioned parties responsible.

    12. Choice of law, waiver, and claims 12.1 Regardless of its conflict of law provisions, these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Payzoola.com’s failure to put any right or condition of the terms and conditions into effect, will not be deemed as ignoring such right or condition. If any condition of the terms and conditions is found by a court of law to be invalid, the parties agree nonetheless that the court should try to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in such condition and the other conditions of the terms and conditions still completely and effectively apply. You agree that without regard to any statute law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services offered by Payzoola.com must be filed in less than one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the United Kingdom. Payzoola.com shall be entitled to reimbursement for any and all costs incurred by it in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in jurisdiction outside of England and Wales, including but not limited to legal fees acquired by Payzoola.com.

    13. Information collected 13.1 Payzoola.com collects the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service, transactions and your visits to our web site. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide our customers. 13.2 Payzoola.com will use your information to provide and personalise our service and to detect and prevent fraud. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you. We may use your information to send you news regarding Payzoola.com services and offers. We may contact you by post, email, telephone or fax for these purposes. 13.3 Please note that there may be instances where it may be necessary for us to communicate with you, in any event, for administrative or operational reasons relating to our service. 13.4 Your information may be passed to and used only by our affiliate companies.     Additionally we do not accept: 

  • Clothes with attached Animal Hair
  • Dirty or Damp clothes (or clothes with evidence of dampness)
  • Clothes with make up stains, any other other stains, bobbling, holes or broken stitching
  • Clothes that appear worn, aged or tired.
  • Clothes that have missing badges, labels, buttons or buckles.
  • Clothes with broken zips or buckles.
  • Clothes must be smoke or odour free.
  • Clothes with a camouflage pattern.
  • Personalised Clothing.

    Certain tears, holes and/or rips 'may' be accepted if they are specifically part of the original manufacturing process. Also items that are originally as a pair such as footwear & gloves must be sent as a pair.

    Watches - terms and conditions of supply/sale.

    The terms below will apply to every purchase of a watch by Payzoola.com.
    Please note that all communications, whether by email, internet, telephone, fax, post, face to face or other means are conducted on a "subject to contract" basis. No legally binding contract between the Seller and the Company will be formed in any circumstances until (I) the company has had the opportunity to conduct an on-site valuation of the watch and inspect any accompanying documentation, AND (ii) a physical examination of the watch has been conducted by a qualified watchmaker or technician on behalf of Payzoola.com (which may in some cases take place at a later date); AND (iii) the parties have entered into the company's standard written contract of purchase which incorporates the terms stated below.

    If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.

    References to the "Company" or "Payzoola.com" relates to AJS Technology Limited. References to the "Seller" relates to you, the owner of the watch, which is the subject matter of the purchase.

    1. Pre-Contract Information
    a. In most instances you will receive two valuations: One valuation for a trade sale and one to be sold on a commission basis. You will need to provide us with certain information about the type and condition of the watch that you want to sell
    .
    b. Both valuations are provided on a "subject to contract" basis and are not legally binding. Payzoola.com reserves the right to withdraw the valuation at any time without legal consequence and with no liability to the prospective Seller.
    c. The Seller warrants that they are the legal owner of the watch and consents to transfer the full unencumbered legal title and full ownership of the watch to Payzoola.com.


    2. Price Quoted
    a. The price quoted in the valuation will be in pounds sterling and be defined as the net cost, please see the VAT margin scheme for further details. Companies should enquire as to their VAT implications
    b. All prices quoted in the valuation are given in good faith and are derived from a combination of factors including the information supplied by the Seller. The provision of inaccurate, false or misleading data by the Seller will result in an inaccurate valuation, which cannot be relied upon by the Seller.
    c. If for some reason an error in the valuation quoted has occurred, Payzoola.com Ltd will rectify the price as soon as reasonably practicable after notification of the mistake. No liability whatsoever can be accepted by Payzoola.com for accidental mistakes or errors caused by system failures.

    3. Payment
    a. Payzoola.com will pay for the watch via the Payzoola website. Payment to a nominated third party will generally be unacceptable for this purpose.
    b. Cleared funds may take up to 3-4 working days after payment has become due. No liability is accepted for any delay, which was unavoidable in the circumstances.
    c. Payzoola.com reserves the right to pay by any other appropriate payment method when and where reasonable.
    d. Payment will not fall due if the Company rescinds the contract within a reasonable period after the physical examination by a qualified watchmaker or technician.
    e. A minimum charge of £75 applies to all watches sold on commission.
    f. Any outstanding monies owned to the company including servicing costs will be deducted from any payment or Commission.

    4. Seller's Warranties
    a. The Seller expressly warrants that all the information supplied during the valuation process is accurate and true.
    b. The Seller warrants that the watch is not subject to undisclosed finance.
    c. The Seller warrants to the best of his knowledge and belief that the watch has not been an insurance write-off or has been subject to substantial remedial repairs.
    d. The Seller warrants the serial numbers and documentation are genuine and accurate and that neither has not, to the best of his knowledge and belief, been tampered with.
    e. The Seller warrants that there are no undisclosed physical defects with the watch that a prudent purchaser would want to be informed about.
    f. The Seller warrants that there are no undisclosed "title defects" with the watch that a prudent purchaser would want to be informed about.
    g. The Seller warrants that he is the legal owner of the watch, has the right to transfer the full unencumbered legal title and full ownership of the watch to the Company.
    h. The Seller warrants than no other person has any claim to the watch whether legal, equitable, possessory or otherwise.

    Once a sale has been agreed (between Payzoola.com, 'The Buyer' and 'The Seller') The Seller can only cancel with the expressed written permission of Payzoola.com. The Seller will be liable for any consequential loss of profit to Payzoola.com or any charges incurred, these will be detailed to The Seller before the cancellation request is approved.

    5. Delivery
    a. The watch must be delivered by the Seller to designated premises allocated by Payzoola.com at the Seller's expense.
    b. Collection of the watch directly by Payzoola.com will only be made in the most exceptional of circumstances and only by prior agreement. An additional charge may be levied in these circumstances.
    c. Insuring the item in transit will be the seller's responsibility.

    6. Inspection
    a. The watch will be inspected by a Payzoola.com representative prior to the completion of the sale.
    A revised valuation may be offered where (i) the watch does not fully comply with the information provided during the valuation process, (ii) where the condition is such that it has a substantial impact of the value of the watch and/ or (iii) other relevant factors not disclosed affect the valuation.
    b. In addition to the initial valuation, the watch may be physically inspected by a watchmaker either before or after the Seller has agreed the valuation or sale contract. If the physical inspection by the watchmaker is carried out after the written contract has been completed and agreed by the Seller, the Company may rescind the contract for any serious defect subsequently discovered in the watch by such inspection.
    c. This inspection can be carried out at anytime the watch is the property of Payzoola.com.

    7. Insurance
    a. Any watch in the possession of Payzoola.com is covered under its insurance policy, the replacement value which will be defined as latest and most accurate trade sale valuation. Less any outstanding costs owed to Payzoola in the form of advertising, postage or servicing fees.
    b. In the event of loss or damage to your watch incurred whilst in the possession of the company, settlement will only be made once settlement has been received by the company from the insurance company.

    8. Consequential Losses
    a. The Company, its directors, employees or other agents shall not be liable for direct or indirect consequential losses of any kind including loss of profits and other forms of expenses and compensation.

    9. Exclusion of Liability
    a. The Company does not limit is liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence but liability for property damage is expressly excluded.

    10. Variation
    a. The terms of this cannot be varied by oral representation or otherwise. Any variation must be in writing and signed by both parties.

    11. Third Party Rights
    a. Nothing in these terms and conditions of purchase shall be construed as given any person any third party rights. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 is expressly excluded.

    12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    a. The governing law is English Law and the parties agree to submit to the full jurisdiction of the English courts. "Payzoola.com" is a trading name of AJS Technology Limited whose office is 42 Borough High Street, London SE1 1XW.

    13. Buying In Slip
    a. All sellers agree to the following conditions:
    (i) I hereby confirm that the watch is my property and I am entitled to sell free from any charge, lien, burden or adverse claim, including all hire.
    (ii) I accept that every element in the description of the watch, including its make, model and serial number, is a material and essential part of its identity and that the absence or non-fulfilment of any such element renders the watch in the perception of you and me radically and fundamentally different from the watch that I have agreed to supply.
    (iii) I undertake that I have not concealed any fact or matter concerning the identity, quality, history, provenance, authenticity, legal status or general character of the watch, which might reasonably be regarded by a reasonable and prudent buyer in your position as material to, or otherwise liable to influence, the decision to buy the watch.
    (iv) I understand that I am fully responsible for any breach of the preceding conditions and remain so until discovery of such breach by you. I am also responsible for any defects in design, material or workmanship, latent or otherwise.



    Music CD's, DVD's and Video Games - terms and conditions of supply/sale.

    Payzoola.com is for the use of UK and Channel Island Residents Only. You are the legal owner or have permission of the owner to sell the items through Payzoola.com. You are at least 18 years old; or if you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your items to us for the sum indicated via our website. Payment is made based on the value offered at the time of transaction only and is subject to CDs, DVDs and Games passing our quality checks. All CDs, DVDs and Games are checked by our quality control team. Payzoola.com will not make payment for any product delivered in the following condition:Any of the original disks from the original item are missing.

    • The disk in the case does not match the cover and / or sleeve notes.

    • Some or any of the cover and / or sleeve notes are missing.

    • The cover and / or sleeve notes OR the disk are irretrievably damaged and cannot be refurbished e.g. the disk is cracked or very badly scratched or the cover and / or sleeve notes are water damaged or torn.
    • The cover, the disc artwork and/or the sleeve notes are defaced in any way.
    • We suspect the product is 'non original' in any way. Please note, this matter is taken very seriously and Payzoola.com reserves the right to take further action as appropriate regarding ‘non original’ recordings.
    • Any Game that does not have all the original instruction booklets in addition to the original art work.

    We only accept Games on the following formats, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and PSP. Individual Games on these formats will be accepted by title, and not all game titles will be accepted, regardless of whether they are on an accepted format. For clarity we DO NOT accept PC Games. Where items are rejected for any of the above reasons, Payzoola.com’s decision is final. Users will be kept informed via email updates and by looking into the relevant transaction within their account if one or more of their items have failed quality control. Items that fail the QA process or that have not been included in the original trade cannot be returned under any circumstances and will be recycled responsibly. Customers do not have the right to withdraw from a transaction once we have received your items in our warehouse at which point your transaction is final. Your statutory rights are not affected. All payments include VAT at the current UK rate.

    Postage

    Payzoola.com take no responsibility for damage or loss for items sent by the Royal Mail.

    Customers are recommended to get proof of postage from the Post Office. If your items are lost by the Royal Mail we will assist you in making a claim for loss.

    To ensure payment is made quickly users are recommended to send their CDs, DVDs or Games in as few parcels as possible. All parcels must be secured properly and appropriate packaging used.

    Transaction Times
    The following is offered as a guide for the timescale that the transaction will take to complete:

    • Royal Mail FREEPOST parcels can take up to 10 days to arrive at the Payzoola.com offices and are checked by the Quality Assurance team as quickly as possible. At busy times testing can take up to 7 days to complete.
    • Royal Mail Business Post can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

    Regular communication will be sent via e-mail regarding the progress and status of each order or users may log onto their account and look into the order history for updates.

    Payzoola.com has been developed for use by members of the general public only and not by businesses, organisations, cooperatives or traders (whether sole, market or otherwise) who wish to sell single or multiple copies of the same item(s).

    Payzoola.com will automatically reject transactions which contain multiple items of the same title and reject repeat transactions that contain the same items that have been traded before by a user. These items will not be paid for, not returned and will be recycled responsibly.

    Users should be 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site.

    Payzoola.com tries to ensure that any information provided is up to date and accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for goods offered through third parties.

    We will amend any inaccuracies or exclusions as soon as is practical once we have been made of aware of them.
    Payzoola.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMME.

    Payzoola.com is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of service from providers which may affect offers.

    In no event shall Payzoola.com’s liability, either jointly or severally, exceed £20. Payzoola.com however does not limit its liability for death and personal injury resulting from its negligence.

    The User agrees to indemnify and hold Payzoola.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, (including reasonable legal fees) relating to your breach of this Agreement and your posting of any material on this site.

    Users Agree and expressly Warrant that prior to selling their CDs, DVDs and/or Games that they have not "ripped", digitally copied or made any other type of illegal copy of the entertainment products that the User is selling and furthermore Agree and Accept to fully indemnify Payzoola.com against any potential action or action(s) whatsoever that may or may not be taken with regard to the sale of their entertainment products in relation to, but not limited too, artist rights, copyright and/ or intellectual property that might or may result from the sale of the Users entertainment products to Payzoola.com.

    Books - terms and conditions of supply/sale.

    Payzoola.com will honour the quoted price for books received within 7 days that meet our condition standards.
    Books will NOT be accepted* with any of the following conditions:

      • Missing or loose pages.

      • Major wear to the binding.

      • Tears to the cover or pages.

      • Water, moisture damage, mold, or stains.

      • Fire or smoke damage.

      • Strong odor of any kind (including cigarette odor).

      • Exceeds Payzoola.com

    Workbooks, lab manuals, study guides, and books with practice tests will not be accepted if they contain any writing.

    If a textbook originally came with a CD or DVD, the original CD/DVD must accompany the book when shipped to us. Any and all CD/DVDs must be in working condition, uninstalled, and unregistered from all computers.

    Types of items Payzoola.com will NOT accept and may discard* include:

      • Advance reading copies, uncorrected proofs, and/or promotional or "screener" copies of books.

      • Books that state "review copy", "free copy", "not for resale" (or "not for sale") anywhere on the cover or inside.

      • Teacher's or Instructor's editions.

      • Solutions manuals.

      • International edition textbooks (standard U.K. editions only).

      • Ex-library books.

      • Custom edition textbooks (textbooks printed for a specific school).

      • One-time use subscription/registration-based software/online course materials.

      • Partial sets (i.e. only volume 1 of a 2 volume set).

      • Reader's Digest Condensed books.

      • Items with no ISBN printed anywhere on or inside the item.

      • Calendars, card decks, puzzles, games, and other non-book items.

      • Pornography or otherwise offensive and explicit material.

      • Most encyclopedia sets.

      • Most Bibles.

      • Most magazines and comic books.

      • Copies of books that do not comply with U.K. copyright laws. 

    Payzoola, in its sole discretion imposes a maximum quantity of 3 books per IP address. Please do not send extra books or extra items in your shipment. Additional books or items included in your shipment that are not in your seller cart will not be accepted and may cause a reduction in the total quoted price.

    Payzoola reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the condition of a book or other item upon receipt in Payzoola's warehouse, regardless of any price quoted to you by Payzoola, and to take price deductions or discard* accordingly.

    Items accepted and purchased by Payzoola will not be returned to the Seller.

    *Items not accepted by Payzoola will only be shipped back to the Seller at the Seller's expense. Items not accepted will be held for 30 days; after that time, these items will be recycled, donated, or used to support the community and environment at Payzoola's discretion. Payzoola will post a notice of any deductions for items not accepted on the seller's account within 5 business days after receipt. If the Seller would like their unaccepted items returned, the Seller must contact Payzoola promptly, via email to make arrangements for return shipping costs.
